Policies

Communication

We are attentive and communicate promptly with clients. We keep clients outside of Honduras updated on the status of their cases by email, fax, or phone. You may communicate with us by email or phone. You may communicate with us in Spanish or English. If you do not speak Spanish, we can provide an English-speaking intermediary to handle questions and provide information related to your case. Intermediaries work in close association with the lawyer handling your case and are attentive to your inquiries.

Hours

We are usually available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (One hour later during daylight saving time.) You can email us at all hours. We attempt to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Highly technical questions that require research or contacting individuals in other agencies may sometimes take longer. Emergency

In case of emergency, please call us as soon as the emergency arises. You can leave a message we will promptly contact Juan Pineda and he or an associate will return your call. Please do not hesitate to call us.

Payments

We provide honest information about rates and charges, and charge at an agreed rate only for services that are actually performed. We appreciate payment upon completion of each billing cycle.
